Today, more than ever, people are taking an active role in maintaining and improving their health. As your local hospital, we take a special interest in health education and preventive care.

Our health education programs provide accurate, up-to-date information on the health care issues of the day. Experts from our medical and nursing staff, along with guest speakers from other institutions, cover a wide variety of topics including common illnesses, effective parenting and special concerns of women.

Whether you want to quit smoking, lower your cholesterol, manage stress, lose weight, or learn CPR we have a class to help you.
