The ADA Education Recognition effort, begun in 1986, is a voluntary process, which assures that approved education programs have met the national standards for diabetes self-management programs.

Sentara Potomac Hospital’s Diabetes Self-Management Program had almost 2,100 patient visits in 2007. For more information or to make an appointment, please call (703) 670-1767, or (540) 659-1800, ext. 1767.
