In 1972, Potomac Hospital opened as a 29-bed facility with a small core of professionals dedicated to meeting the medical needs of a rapidly growing community. In response to those needs, Potomac Hospital has grown into a sophisticated healthcare center bringing a wide range of healthcare services to our community.
Today Potomac Hospital provides state-of-the-art diagnostic services including magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), nuclear medicine, cardiovascular and interventional radiology, neonatal intensive care, radiation therapy and chemotherapy for cancer treatment, and cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation. We hope that you will look to us as a resource for health education as well as medical care and emergency treatment.
